Labour’s internal struggles continue, as rumours swirl about a possible reshuffle and Mr Corbyn’s health

The IoS reported that their sources believed any rumours surrounding Mr Corbyn’s health were the result of opponents “spreading lies”, in a bid to destabilise Mr Corbyn’s position, as Labour leader, sources told the Independent on Sunday.

Mr Corbyn has faced further scrutiny, after he was being accused of plotting a shadow cabinet reshuffle. In a move that critics denounced as “sexist”, Mr Corbyn was reported to be considering the fate of 6 female shadow cabinet ministers.

Mr Corbyn has faced accusations of sexism before, during his time as leader. When Mr Corbyn was selecting MPs for the shadow cabinet, commentators noted the lack of top jobs being given to female MPs.
