Animal rights activists are protesting against luxury retailer Canada Goose. The brand has faced increased pressure from organisations such as PETA who have recently exposed the retailer for its cruelty towards animals. Ten suspects on mopeds smashed into Apple's flagship store on Regent Street just after midnight Monday morning stealing gadgets worth thousands of pounds. Police were called at 00:45 AM on Monday, 13 November, to reports of an aggravated burglary, according to the Department of Media and Communication of the Met. It is reported that the incident happened around 00:40 AM, when the Apple store on Regent Street was broken into. Ten suspects on five mopeds were reported to having smashed their way into the store and taking apple products including phones, tablets and Apple watches. Two iPhone ‘X’s were later recovered near Kings Cross. A security guard in the store was threatened with a hammer as he tried to stop the suspects.
